Salad

Cubed tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, and mint with lemon dressing.

Firni

Custard pudding flavored with cardamom and rosewater and topped with ground pistachios.

A combination of spinach, cilantro, parsley and scallions, topped with a special lamb sauce, served with Basmati rice.

Kabuli Palaw

A generous portion of Basmati rice cooked with a special blend of saffron, black pepper, cardamom, coriander and cumin. Topped with raisins, nuts and julienned carrots.

Mantou or Dumpling

Nargis Kebab

Minced beef of lamb, chopped onion, range eggs, crushed garlic, root ginger, ground coriander, cumin, chili powder, cornflour, sesame seeds, and vegetable oil for shallow frying.
